HOW IT WORKS

Pillarstone Homes operates our own private equity groups on single and multi-build projects, allowing individuals to invest in home building with consistent profit on their capital with minimal to no direct work.
Each investment group operates independently, and all investors within the particular group are given monthly updates regarding the builds, to-date cost and current profit projections. Every group is named, while the individual investors within the group are left confidential, unless otherwise requested. Each group is assigned an administrative assistant who is their direct point of contact for any needs regarding the properties and builds.
Each group will have a predetermined capital fund sum based on build plans, and this will be shared during each investors meeting; once this group is formed their will be a vote taken on the execution of the build details, such as home plans and locations assuring everyone has influence of the builds.

RETURN ON INVESTMENTS

The investors group is guaranteed a preset percentage of the profits prior to the funding and beginning of the projects. Each fund is managed and monitored by a licensed CPA and Financial Advisor, and all investors have unlimited access to see the expenses on each build allow their is full transparency and honestly.
Each group fund is based on a predetermined capital sum, and can have as little or as many investors as needed to arrive at that sum as all profit distributions are proportional to capital investment vs capital fund sum.
Investment returns are paid to investors immediately after the last home in the groups closed and funded.

HOW TO INVEST

We hold investors meetings prior to the formation of each investors group; where we explain the entire process in great deal, walk through specific profit projections on the upcoming build plans, and answer any/all questions directly for everyone interested to be clear and the opportunity.
Once the group is formed, our legal team will provide investment contracts to each individual and the assigned administrative assistant will send each investor their Pillarstone packet.
(Individuals may be apart of multiple groups simultaneously.)
